My Background

Anna Dec

  • RPT ( Registered Physiotherapist)

  • MSc. PT (Master of Science Degree in      Physical Therapy)

  • Pelvic Health Therapist

My fascination with the human body and desire to be able to understand how to improve the level of health performance led me to pursuing education in Physiotherapy.

Shortly after my graduation from University, I registered with College of Physiotherapist of Ontario and gained extensive experience working in multiple physiotherapy clinics, treating a diverse patient population. I further continued upgrading my qualifications by becoming a  Pelvic Floor Therapist and discovered the keen interest in treating people with Persistent Pain.

My Approach

As a healthcare practitioner I believe in a patient centered approach and I encourage each patient to be actively involved in their rehabilitation process through goal setting, balancing muscle dysfunction and teaching self-management strategies for optimal recovery.

In my practice I combine manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, functional training and individually tailored exercise programs to restore and maximize client function.

I believe that Movement is the best Medicine  and I make it my personal mission to help people to get back to the activities they love.
